The Ponthir School of Tae Kwon-Do was started in 1998, and currently operates out of both the Ponthir Village Hall and the University of Wales, Newport with over 70 students. I was asked to build their website.
I originally built it in 2007 as a static website using HTML and CSS, before re-developing it briefly using bespoke PHP and MySQL in in early 2008. In mid-2008, I converted it into a Drupal 6 website - primarily due to the advanced user permissions and user role system. The design is based on the Mandarin template by Gorotron which was altered to fit into a 960.gs grid.
The site is currently being upgraded to Drupal 7.
